This kit will allow you to install the Ford Godzilla 7.3L engine into a Gen2 (78-79) Ford Bronco. The kit includes both the frame and engine side mounts, the frame side mounts are bolted on after removing the original factory engine mount towers. Clearance between the front axle housing and differential has been verified on multiple lifted trucks, stock height trucks will require some clearance grinding to the inner web of the differential housing to insure it does not contact the oil pan at full suspension compression.

The mounts work well with the stock Godzilla exhaust manifolds, however we recommend a small notch in the top of the passenger frame rail to provide clearance to the collector. A template is provided with the kit to guide the installer in this cutting. There are many transmission combinations possible, we have used these mounts with 6R80, 10R80 and the TR4050 manual. We are currently in development of transmission mounts that will pair with these engine mounts.

The engine position works well with the stock F250 truck front accessory drive. The Sanden SD7 AC compressor mount we offer will allow you to mount the AC compressor with no modifications to the front crossmember. The kit has not been tested with the stock Godzilla AC compressor.
